As of now, ICAI does not officially publish solved papers immediately after the exams — especially not with detailed solutions for past exams like PCC Nov 2010. However, here's what you can do to access solved or suggested answers:

ICAI does publish "Suggested Answers" for past exams.

Institutes like Taxmann, CAclubindia, Padhuka, or VG Learning often publish unofficial solved papers.
You can search using:

Request From Peer Groups or Libraries:
Older papers (like from 2010) may be available in CA coaching libraries or WhatsApp/Telegram groups focused on CA exams.
CA Final Archives or Old Study Material:
Since PCC has now been replaced by IPCC/Intermediate in the new CA course structure, the syllabus overlap still makes older papers useful for practice, even if outdated.
📝 Note:
PCC (Professional Competence Course) was discontinued and replaced with IPCC, and now the CA Intermediate.
Syllabus and tax laws would be outdated in the 2010 paper, so it’s best used for question patterns and not for current tax laws.
