Regarding mistake in filing e return

During filing of e return I by mistakely Forgotten to mention deduction of Rs.20,000. under Sec. 80 CCF and due to this Notice Demand of Tax has been sent by Income Tax Department..Can you please tell me how I will end up this demand.
