01 December 2011 Dear Sir,

Now in this regard i want to know how this refund he can get encashed as her sign is required on reverse of chq.

Pls guide. Also provide legal formalities to be done in this regard. Is their any IT form availbal.

Thanks

02 December 2011 Firstly the signature required on the reverse of the cheque is that of the depositor.

So you can sign on the reverse.

However, you will be able to deposit the cheque only in the account number mentioned on the refund cheque.
