I just want to know whether can we exclude Saturday sunday and exam days for the purpose of calculating the total no of holidays taken during the article period

02 December 2014 try to distinguish between LEAVE and HOLIDAY. Saturday Sunday and other public Holidays are HOLIDAY. These are to be included for calculation of LEAVE.
(The saturdays, Sundays and holidays falling in LEAVE availed period shall NOT be considered for LEAVE entitlement)
If you give any example, it will be easy to calculate the LEAVE.

02 December 2014 the ans is no .....leaves are taken for exam days and sat n sunday are not taken as leaves as per icai rules.
