Sir,
A director of a company is taking monthly Fixed salary from company as a faculty for certain classes taken by him in the company. Should he file ITR 1 or ITR 4.
that means, should the income is treated as a salary income or it is a treated Income from Business Profession.

If director is taking fixed monthly salary then it become his salary income and he will file ITR 1 subject to he do not have any other business income.

It should be treated as Salary Income and he needs to File ITR 1
