Hi! Can industrial training be taken under a CA who is holding COP and also the director of a Pvt. Ltd. Co.? Please reply soon...... thank you for answering in advance.........

I dont think so. a COP holder is allowed to be only a director simpliciter. I don't think he is allowed to sign on behalf of the company.
