Regarding income tax

I have uploaded my return without claiming tds deducted of mine and the same return get processed without any demand raised or refund issued. Now what I should do to claim refund of TDS deducted of mine. Whether I can file rectification u/s 154 or I should adopt any other way.

Please seek 'revision' before the COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX.

But the same return was not filed on due date so whether revision of return would be possible

I mean not to'revise the return', but to seek revision before CIT as per section 264 of the Income tax act,1961.
