Sir,
I have submitted form no. 112 to the ICAI and after I month I have received an email that it is not signed by the principal , what to do in this case ??, Shall I submit new form 112 to the Institute ??

so resubmit the same with ur ca signature on it else they will not issue u a articleship completion certificate

Thank you so much Sir, but can I purchase a new one and then submit the same or take the submitted form back and then after signing the same again submit the same form

u can dowload it from the website and fill it up but dont make mistake this time and fill it completely

no dd is required unless they demand from u.
