Regarding form inc21 commencement of business certificate

Dear Sir/ Madam
i am filling form Inc 21. when i am filling form inc21 than the details of ca column could not be activated and when i click on check form then the form should be show check is successful. and also no error is shown.
Plz tell me what can i do in this situation.

Go ahead. No need of authentication by CA for filing of INC 21 by 'small companies'.
