29 November 2012 My question is ,1."Whether efiling of form 3ceb is mandatory or optional for A.Y-2012-13"?
2.What is the procedur for Efiling of form 3ceb?
3.Is there any extended time for filing of form 3ceb beyond 30/11/2012 and any penalties for late filing?

30 November 2012 1. For A.y. 2012-13 form 3CEB is to be filed manually only.
2. Income Tax Department has not laid down any procedure for e-filing form 3CEB , it has just introduced form 3CEB preparation utility.
3. Till now due date of filing form 3CEB is not extended it is 30th November,2012 only. U/s 271BA penalty for late filing form 3CEB is Rs. 1Lakh.
