04 March 2011 I had appllied for closure of a defunct company under ees 2011now status at mca site shows action taken u/s 560(3) now i need to know what's left in finally closing down of that company ?? will name of company be appearing in official gazzete after closure ?? are there any other glitches involved...?

05 March 2011 You have to do nothing from your side. If the form filed under EES is approved and the status of company in ' Company Master Details' on MCA potal is showing 'Under process of strike off' then you have to wait for one month for the name to be struck off. If there is no objection from any one then the name will be stuck off and you will receive a mail from the MCA regarding this.
