19 November 2012 I have to file form 1 on mca website for incorporating a pvt ltd co. I have drafted MOA & AOA on word format. Now should i get the MOA & AOA signed by the directors and file the scanned copy of MOA & AOA or can i convert the word doc directly to pdf and attach those files to form 1. and also specify how to file the last page of MOA i.e., undertaking by the subscribers. Thanks in advance

Draft First, take print out of subscriber sheet of MOA & AOA attached the same with MOA & AOA and then scan the same.

In other way, you can convert the all page except subscriber page, after signing of such page you can add such subscriber page with all pages of MOA & AOA.
