12 August 2011 A company E-filed for A.Y.2010, Now new director is appointed for that company. While updating digital signature of new Director it is showing some internal error, because of change in digital signature. anybody can clear this query.

13 August 2011 you need to register the new director`s DSC in Incometax website first, then you can put the dsc in return

13 August 2011 Login in to Incometax efillling website through your company pan, and there is option called register DSC click the option and register your new DSC

While registering the New director DSC (you said path) Some errors are occurring. Because of old director DSC existing in that place

13 August 2011 while uploading system will not refer the previous signature, may be your DSC not got the specified file by income tax website.

need to be used the DSC provided based on PAN or Pfx file format
