04 April 2011 i sold my shop in april 2010 for 8.5 lac .. also purchased new house. i have paid 7 lacs till now .. the rest 1.5 lacs is to be paid in april 2011{this month ) ... do i need to open a cgas account ?? i usually file my return around septmber ....
