Dear Sir,
Whether 100% cenvat credit be availed on goods which tariff heading is as per excise tariff is input goods but we treat in our books as capital goods.

all goods are not eligible for capital goods, please check at CCR 2004 for clarification,
inputs other than classified as capital goods, if capitalized, then not eligible for any cenvat credit.
