if our gmcs 1 is not done with in 1 year then what will happen?

as of today, ICAI has not made any penal provision for non-completion of GMCS-I within first year of articleship. However, there have been instances where local ICAI offices have refused to allow registration for GMCS-I after completion of first year

but it is better to do so asap.........
