04 February 2013 Under Articleship, If i want to take transfer within one year then whether my employer is eligible to deny my transfer? if so then what are the possible ways to get transfer? please suggest me!!!

sir i m trying to reply, however due to this website problem, it is not happening. hence i m modifyinf my querry as below, pleas suggest me;

is there any situation to get mandatory transfer from office?? however my principle deny the transfer, but any how i want transfer from this office,then what should i do???

During first year of articleship you are free to take transfer without any reasons by submitting of Form-109 with Institute. The Form-109 is mandatory to be signed by principal.Request for transfer not accompanied by consent of Principal shall not be accepted.

In case of dispute between principal and articled assistant, the matter be settled amicably among the articled assistant and the principal concerned and the Institute shall not interfere in such cases.
