Dear Sir/Mam
We have recd a order from a client who is not Excise registered..bt the consignee is from SEZ unit..We have to issue ARE1 form.
In Invoice we will show buyer and consignee.
whose name will come on ARE1 Form..the buyer or consignee..please advice.

If principal manufacturer is not registered under central excise then ARE-1 procedure is not mandatory.
