1. you need to amend the Memorandum of association to amend any clause therein. The amended memorandum approved by the society members has to be submitted to registrar of societies for approval and recording.
2. with regards to change in memberships, you need to provide the revised list of members approved by the society to the registrar for his/her approval.
The format for members' list shall be same as is submitted annually to registrar of societies.
