I want to add & remove some members of the society. And also want to amend the bank clause of the memorandum.
Respected Professionals are requested to kindly provide me the detail and the formats for the same.

pl provide me formats to add and remove members in the society and alter the clause of the memorandum.
As per memorandum amendment can be made as stated under sec 12 & 12A of Societies Registration Act, 1860.

1. you need to amend the Memorandum of association to amend any clause therein. The amended memorandum approved by the society members has to be submitted to registrar of societies for approval and recording.
2. with regards to change in memberships, you need to provide the revised list of members approved by the society to the registrar for his/her approval.
The format for members' list shall be same as is submitted annually to registrar of societies.
