How can we receive VRS VAT registration deposit amount Rs.25000/- in GST?

When did you pay it. Most of the States have withdrawn the facility of claiming the said deposit against VAT liability. Please check with your State.

This is from Maharashtra state & paid on dt.11/04/2017. Previously we can claim it after 36 months and before 48 months from the deposit paid date, instead of adjust against VAT liability. As now we have to submit the Trans form 1 for the excess credit which is c/f in VAT return for the month of Jun,17. But my query is for this deposit amount of Rs.25000/-. In GST how can we get this refund.
