15 December 2011 Dear sir

we know from the Form 26AS a refund of amounting to500285.00 (Relating to AY 200-10) has been granted to us, but unfortunately which has not received by us. let we know the procedure, which should be followed to avail the the same.

On the basis of the information generated, further course of action to be planned.

For instance, if the cheque has not been delivered, then request for new cheque to be made.

15 December 2011 sir below is the refund status shown by the given site -

Mode of Payment- Refund cheque
Reference Number:- The Refund has not been sent through Refund Banker

Status - Refund cheque has already been encashed

15 December 2011 "Refund has not been sent through refund banker" - means that the refund cheque was issued manually by the department and not through SBI.

"Refund cheque has already been encashed" - means that the assessee had received the cheque and encashed the same.

But you say that you have not received the cheque. Please check and see from the bank statement of the company.
