Refund reissue

20 September 2016 I made a request for refund reissue for AY2011-12 on income tax website. while making that request new bank a/c details given. But i got a message from CPC that " reasons for non issuance is IFSC code wrong, but when i selected that particular AY it was asking MICR code only. What can i do now?? same thing happened 2nd time to me.
