Refund of itc on export of goods & services without payment

30 April 2018 Dear Team,

During the filing the refund application, we are getting submit statement option is disable. We are not able to submit it due to refund application is pending. Please suggest further action for this.

Check the file size — it should be within the portal's allowed limit (usually under 5 MB).
Data Mismatch or Validation Errors
Sometimes the refund application won't submit if there is a mismatch between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B data, or if any mandatory fields are missing or incorrect.
Cross-verify the data entered in your refund form with your returns.
Technical Glitch / Portal Issue

Retry after some time.
Pending Actions or Errors in Previous Returns
