Refund cheque returned back to it dept. due to change in add

17 August 2011 We had filed a return of income MANUALLY for the assessment year 2009-10, claiming a refund of Rs. 9400/- approximately. However, the Cheque for the refund was returned back to the IT department due to change in our address. Kindly suggest the procedure to get the above refund back from the IT department.
