06 May 2016 What is the procedure for refund re issue if the refund cheque had been lost from the hands of the assessee.

06 May 2016 submit Indemnity Bond to the ward office along with letter for re issue of refund order.

06 May 2016 Do as Amol Sir told or wait for 3 months from the Issue date of cheque, Cheque will expire, Refund will be failed and updated at e-filing web site. Than you can submit refund reissue request.
