dear sir whether only cash balance ledger amount can refundable through of online process not elecronic credit ledger.

But madam online option is available only for cash ledger balance.

Credit Ledger transfer is not available....
You can claim refund of credit ledger only if you have inverted tax structure I.e input tax rate is more than output tax rate.
