Dear Mukesh, As far as Income Tax is concerned, its from the department side after you have filed the return. If you filed online with proper MICR code of the bank, the refund will be automatically credited provided that you have selected the option of ECS.
Generally, VAT department does not give refund. But, the laws are different from state to state.
