27 June 2011 Mr. 'A' gets TDS voucher late for A.Y. 2009-10. What remady is available to him to get refund ?

Further i submit following details :

(1) He has filed his return for A.Y. 2009-10 in time.

(2) Income was already included (disclosed in form-16A)in his return of income.

27 June 2011 How you have filed your return is material. If you have uploaded then it is to be processed from Banglore.

If you have filed physically then you must have claimed the TDS and also the refund in the return.

Now if you have not received refund then file form no. #0 with the AO.

What is TDS voucher I have failed to understand.
