I am planning to purchase
Direct Taxes - A Ready Referencer by G. Sekar - Padhuka Publishers.
Students Referencer on Indirect Taxes by G. Sekar and B.Saravana Prasath - Padhuka Publishers.
Could you please advise will these books be helpful for CWA Final Exam? Are there any other good books?

yes. Padhuka publisher is good for CWA, also you can refer taxmann publications
