Rectification u/s 154

01 December 2011 I have recd a intimation u/s 143(1) from the ITO but i have filed online return of income. In intimation u/s 143(1) the ITO has not given the credit of TDS which has raised the demand. Now as per IT Act i have applied for rectification u/s 154 but the ITO is saying that he can't rectify the intimation because your return of income is filed online so make online rectification.
Now the problem is for online rectification i need the CPC oder no. which i have not recd.
what should i do???

13 December 2011 First of all check "CPC PROCESSING STATUS" on e-filing website.

If the return has been processed, Then check your e-mail account and see whether the intimation has been received.

If you have not received the intimation, contact CPC Bangalore. They will send a hard copy to your postal address.

Then, if there is a demand in the intimation, file a rectification application.
