As i had not filled the B/f capital losses completely against which i had set off my current year short term capital gains, dept had issued me an intimation demanding payment of tax for the same.
So i have filled all the data completely and also provided a quarter wise break up for the same.
Now while submitting the rectification , i have selected "Capital gain" for schedules to be changed , but still i am not able to tick the "Do You want correction in Capital gain:" as it remains deactivated..
Kindly guide me on how will i be able to proceed..
