My Query is

1) can we issue cash memo Retail invoice for amount more than 20000.????

2) if we Issue Debit memo Bill (More than Rs. 20000) than can received cash such an amount (more than Rs.20000) in single receipt????

There is no problem in issuing of Cash memo of Rs. more than 20000 and also, for the debit note you can collect the amount in cash.

The two sections under I.T Act i.e 40(3A) and 269SS are not attracted in your case.
