Rebate u/s 87a

Kindly inform me whether Rebate U/S 87A will be available for the assesse having no PAN CARD.

if you are referring from TDS angle, please be advised that even where PAN is available kindly avoid providing 87A deduction as tds returns have no provision for the same and you would end up getting short deduction notices.
if you are asking from assessee angle, you would need PAN to file returns. so absence of PAN will straightaway take away any benefit..
