07 November 2013 sir, i am a direct entry student registered in feb 2013 i took transfer after one month . i get my first article reg letter and i card. but there was delay in sending tranfer form because it takes more than 30 days but it was complete form 103 signed by the CA. institute ask from the employer for condonation letter. which is sent by him. but till date i dont get re reg articleship letter. i want to ask should i start gmcs 1 or to wait for re registration letter from institute. i m using e shahayata but it is not sending verification mail to confirm it. institute number is busy. please help me

07 November 2013 for gmcs-1 articleship registration letter is not mandatory,so you can register for gmcs-1 then submit front page xerox of form 102,103 wherein the date of receipt stamp is affixed.
For your articelship letter,speak to institute (regional branch & main office) in person,its been quite a long time
