Re incorporation of struck off company

Dear Friends,
we want to restart 2 of our group companies one of which has been struck off and the other is in default of not filing din and returns. both are private limited companies.
Can a company struck off can be restarted? if yes then can anyone please help me with the process for the re incorporation?
