Re-export formalities for imported material - duty payable

Dear Experts,
Could you please let know what are formalities that needs to be complete if i want re-export the material imported. which i do not want to get it in excise premises. what is the duties that will be involved in this transaction, I mean do i need to pay Customs duty for import of duty and excise duty for re-exporting it.
