Dear Sir,
If the error message re: difference of Re1 service-tax payable and service-tax paid at the time of validating ST-3 comes whether it will be a valid return if difference is ignored.

Just make the correction in payable amount manually by reducing the Service Tax Payable by Rs 1 and submit the return.
