I am Mfg of Vitrified Tiles under CH No. 69079010,

Mfg Vitrified Tiles process as per Purchase Raw Materials.....mixing materials with binder & grinding.....spy-rings.....Body Clay...Pressing.....Heatings........polishing......packing.....finished goods.........

my question is i am mfg Finshied Goods and sales in Market with excise duty and claimed Input Goods and Input Services cenvet Credit. But i am also sales Body clay Powder without Excise Duty, hence we have received or not cenvet credit of input & service ???????????????????????????

07 March 2013 PLEASE SEE RULE 6 OF CENVAT CREDIT RULES, 2004. YOU MAY KEEP SEPARATE INVENTORY OF STOCK OF RAW MATERIALS USED FOR EXEMPTED GOODS. IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE, DUTY SHALL BE PAID @6% ON VALUE OF EXEMPTED GOODS.
