25 August 2022 A taken a godown in residential area on rent, A is gst registered .As per new rules applicable from 18 july will A liable to pay RCM on rent .if yes then how much .

25 August 2022 RCM is applicable only on residential dwelling. In my opinion if nature of property is residential even if that property is used for commercial purpose RCM will be applicable since words used in notification is residential dwelling and it is not made dependent upon the ultimate use.
