As per the new gst notification regarding application of RCM on residential dwelling, is the same applicable all rental expense om books of accounts other than FCM

My question is whether the same has applicable on all rental expense in my books of account or only for rent paid for residential purpose

The notification covers residential units.
Other residential charges are mostly charged by owners.
