RCM GTA ITC

Dear Sir / Mdam,
generally for GST we ahve to pay 5 % on RCM basis, i that we cannot claim ITC , now my query is the 5% which we will payable is fron exisitng input availble in our account , we can pay through cash ledger only .
2nd query :
suppose in GTA , suppose amount entered GTA Invoice is for EX:- RS 100 , now have to pay RS 5 or 4.76 RCM , Mean the RS 100/- is inclusive of GST or Exclusive of GST

1. you can take credit of GST paid under rcm, , amount to be paid through cash ledger only for RCM payments,
2.You have to pay Rs.5

for 5% cases also can we claim ITC or not ?
because i seen some places that in 5 % cases we cannot claim ITC & in 12% cases only we can claim ITC....please guide in detailed mannner & kindly if possible share relevant file.

No ITC for supplier if opted for 5%, not to the receiver of GTA service.
