Sir,
Our Company Registered as "Rent-a-Cab" operation in Service Tax can we charge service tax with Abated Value i.e. @4.944% and with full value @12.36% in the same Company to different clients.
Kindly provide me some notification/circular ref. also.

No, it is not possible because if you charge at 4% then cenvat credit is not eligible and if you charge 12.36% then you are eligible for cenvat credit.
