14 June 2014 Rate of service tax is 12.36%.In case of GTA there is an abatement of 75%.

15 June 2014 can a firm can opt for reverse charge in the case of goods carrier service and at what rate the service recepient would pay service tax ?

16 June 2014 Where the service recepient is a partnership firm,in cse of GTA,servic etax shall be paid by the firm under reverse chareg as service receiver.The rate shall be 3.09% provided the service provider has not take not taken the Cenvat Credit on Input services,Inputs and capital goods.
