Any one tell me service tax rate is applicable according to Finance Budget 2015-16 is or not.

What is the rate is today.

14% + 2% is notified is or not

02 April 2015 till the time new rate is not notified the current rate of 12.36% is applicable even for toady .

so use the old rate until the new rate get notified
