Please provide me the rate of service tax after June, 2015 in kolkata at Ultadanga which is bought for Rs. 16 Lacs and the official valuation is of Rs. 32 Lacs.

Rate will be 3.50%.
Please note that Service tax is payable only on property purchase directly from builders and is not required in case of resale property purchase as there is no service provided.
