clarification in service tax rate what rate applicable from 1-april-2015.

Old rate @12.36.. new rate will apply only one it get notified..till than use old rate

You need to wait for notification as the new rate is not yet notified. As of now 12.36% is applicable. Also check out the CBDT clarification from link given below:
