10 January 2014 Hi
Sir I am joining new company on feb 2013 and they were asking me to submit form 16 and form 12ba , but I am taking salary in cash total Rs.15000 PER MONTH . And on letter head I have written from my previous company that I am taking this much salary. so it is possible that my previous company issue me these two form . or what are the points should I say to my joining company so they don't take from me .

thanks

10 January 2014 irrespective of whether the salary is paid in cash or through cheque, Form 16 is to be issued. However, if they refuse you can tell new company that your previous employer is refusing to give as of now and as and when they give it to you, you will share it with the new company. what else can you do??
