Pl advise in case of an individual if my Interest income is 95 Lakhs and long term capital gain on sale of Units in Debt Fund is 15 Lakhs then will surcharge be applicable as income crosses 1 Crore.... LTCG chargeable at 10% or 20%

no surcharge to individual irrespective of income amount..
