Please see the following and reply :

Query

I need to know, whether DUE DATE of AGM could be 30.09.12 for FYE 31.03.12, as 30th Sep. 2012 was Sunday, which was a public holiday.

Company had AGM on 28.09.12.

Yes, you can have your due date on public holiday.

Only you can not hold AGM on public holiday.
