10 January 2014 Due to some mistake i submitted my articleship registration form in nirc but my firm is located is rajasthan(eirc). What will happen? Will i get registered or not?

10 January 2014 i believe you meant CIRC. better you take the form back from NIRC and submit with CIRC...remember what matters is the correspondence address mentioned by you in the form...if the address falls in NIRC, they will accept the registration.

10 January 2014 thank u for your response.....but the actual matter is i submitted the form on 20 oct 2013 in nirc and if i submit the form again in circ then from which date will i be registered in circ?

10 January 2014 have you checked with NIRC, what they have done on it till now. given the peculiarity of your case, I believe your articleship should be considered to have started from the day you signed for 103. and anyways how does that matter...at worse you may have to shell out some money for condonation..

so please act fast..check with NIRC regarding the status of your application and if they are not acting on it, sign a fresh copy of 103 and submit it to ICAI...you must be having copy of 102 with you...keep it safe for future reference..

10 January 2014 Dear Sanjaya,

they may..given that CIRC website FAQ states that in case address of correspondence is within its coverage, they will process the documents...therefore kindly check with NIRC as the earliest.
